It is no surprise that the largest selling two-wheeler in June 2018 – the Honda Activa – continues to be the largest selling scooter too. Nevertheless, it is important to note that the difference between the despatches of the top two bestselling scooters has widened ever more over the last year.

While in June 2017, the Honda Activa outperformed the TVS Jupiter with 174,197 units, the most popular scooter brand outsold the latter with 232,565 units in June 2018. This underlines the sheer growth in the monthly volumes of the Honda Activa, which is clearly seen driving the scooter ...
