India Top 10: Passenger Vehicle & Two-Wheeler Sales in May
All the May 2015 sales stats for the Top 10 passenger vehicles, motorcycles and scooters in the India market.
PASSENGER VEHICLES
The Maruti Alto continued to lead the sales charts in May, recording a 31 percent jump in sales to 22,595 units. The Swift grabbed the second spot with 17,195 units. Meanwhile, the Dzire fell from the top spot to the third clocking in 16,473 units. The Wagon R and Stingray sold 12,467 units combined.
The new entrant in the Top 10 list was the Celerio, which posted a 16 percent rise to 6,653 units from a month ago and 14 percent up from May 2014. Sales of the Celerio surpassed those of the Hyundai Eon, which ...
