Maruti Suzuki with seven and Hyundai with three models continue to be head and shoulders above the competition; stage set for robust fiscal numbers.
It seems anything the industry did in November 2017 will be benchmarked by the biggest sales speedbreaker of all time – demonetisation which was initiated in November 2016 and went on to stifle numbers for the next four to five months. Thus it comes to bear that November 2017 sales, even though they are robust ones and across all vehicle segments, have to be seen in the light of poor year-ago sales. We beg to differ though.
