Both engines come mated to a 9-speed automatic gearbox, with power being channelised to all four wheels.

The opulent sedan is based on the long-wheelbase version of the regular S-Class and gets an additional 180mm wheelbase. There are differentiating design elements like a Maybach-specific grille, alloy wheels, as well as Maybach badges.

The cabin of this flagship sedan gets Maybach-specific upholstery and trims, including exclusive graphics for the touchscreen as well as infotainment system. The rear compartment gets two seats separated by a floor console, as well as ventilation and massage function for the occupants.

The new Maybach S-Class gets Level-II autonomous driving features, along with 13 airbags and a 360-degree camera.

“The launch of the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class underlines our focus on introducing the most desirable products for our Indian customers and exceed the luxury offering introduced by the new S-Class.
