Mercedes-Benz India opens largest car dealership in Vidarbha

The dealership, opened in association with Auto Hangar, is located in the prime MIDC area in Nagpur and will cater to the entire Vidarbha region.

Luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz inaugurated a new state-of-the-art showroom in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The dealership, opened in association with Auto Hangar, is located in the prime MIDC area in Nagpur and will cater to the entire Vidarbha region.

Speaking at the inauguration, Roland Folger, managing director & CEO, Mercedes-Benz India commented, “Nagpur is an important industrial city with a strong growth record and the market is increasingly emerging for luxury cars, in particular. The ever-growing customer base for Mercedes-Benz in Nagpur and the Vidharba region has reinstated our confidence in the market, resulting in the creation of a world-class dealership like Auto Hangar, Nagpur. At Mercedes-Benz, our endeavor continues to pursue a customer centric approach and this has been pivotal in the impeccable trust and loyalty that Mercedes-Benz enjoys today. Auto Hangar Nagpur is spread across an area of 12,590 sq ft with a 9-car display along with 15 professional sales consultants for customers. The workshop, spread across 15,580 sq ft, is approximately 500 metres from the showroom, which is well-equipped with 11 Bays and 23 trained staff for maintenance and repairs.

Mercedes-Benz India now has 84 outlets across 40 cities in the country. The car maker plans to expand its network this year by opening 10 new outlets.
