Maruti Suzuki offers dual airbags and ABS as option on Celerio range
Thus far Maruti Suzuki has sold over 130,000 units of the Celerio across India.
Maruti Suzuki India has announced that dual airbags and ABS are now available as an option across all Celerio variants, including the base version.
RS Kalsi, executive director, Marketing & Sales, Maruti Suzuki India, said, “By offering safety features like airbags for driver and co-driver, and Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) from the base variant onwards in Celerio, we are making it more attractive for customers.”
Launched in 2014, the Celerio was the first car in India to be equipped with the Auto Gear Shift (AGS) technology which offers convenience of driving, especially in heavy traffic conditions and without any compromise on fuel economy. Thus far Maruti Suzuki has sold over 130,000 units of the Celerio across India.
Recently, Maruti Suzuki also offered dual airbags and ABS options across all variants of the Swift and Dzire models.
