FuelADream launches eRideLite electric cycle

FuelADream launches eRideLite electric cycle

Bangalore-based crowdfunding platform, FuelADream, which launched the Spero E-cycle in August this year, has announced the launch of another electric cycle called the ‘eRideLite’.

The eRideLite works on stem-mounted, removable battery and runs on two modes: electric and manual/ pedal mode with six gears. The E-cycle runs 0-20kph in 10 seconds and has a maximum speed of 25kph. It is available in two variants, one which runs 50km on a single charge and the other suns 90km.

Other key features of the eRideLite include a sturdy, patent-pending frame design, disc brakes on both wheels, shock absorbers in the front wheels and the usual bike fittings including headlight and mud guard.

According to the company’s official statement, the eRideLite team has been working on the project for the last four years. The eRideLite 50 costs Rs 37,000, while the 90km range cycle costs Rs 53,000. Both the bikes can be orders on only through fueladream.com, which offers various discounts on both the models.

Speaking of the product, Ajeet Kumar, founder and CEO, R2H Motors said, “We’re proud of eRideLite – it is a quality electric bike, created keeping the customers and the Indian roads in mind. We have managed to keep the costs low and want electric bikes to find acceptance across consumers in both urban and rural India.”
