Bookings open for Tata Altroz DCA
The Tata Altroz DCT will be take on other automatic gearbox equipped premium hatchbacks like the new Maruti Baleno AMT, Hyundai i20 1.0 DCT, Volkswagen Polo 1.0 TSI automatic and the Honda Jazz CVT.
Tata Motors has opend bookings of the Altroz DAC, the dual clutch automatic version of the hatchback. The vehicle can be booked for an amount of Rs 21,000 with deliveries starting from mid-March this year.
It is the first vehicle in the Tata stable to make use of the ALFA (Agile Light Flexible Advanced) architecture that has seen sales exceeding 1.25 lakh since its launch in early 2020. The Altroz crossed the 100,000 unit milestone in September 2021. It is only the second made-in-India car to receive a full 5-star rating for adult occupant protection, and a three-star rating for child occupant protection.

According to the company, the vehicle will be introduced in a new colour – opera blue and will be available in the top three variants - XT, XZ and XZ+ of the 1.2L Revotron petrol engine. In addition to it, the car will also be part of the Dark range other than being available in downtown red, arcade grey, avenue white and harbour blue colour.
