Altigreen opens dealership in Bengaluru
The Bengaluru-based company is aggressively expanding its presence across the country.
Altigreen has announced the launch of its first retail dealership in Bengaluru. The inauguration was carried out by CN Ashwath Narayan, the state’s minister for higher education, IT-BT, Science and Technology, Skill Development.
Altigreen said its focus would be on providing its consumers an enhanced and a one-of-a-kind experience with world-class and modern infrastructure with the launch of this dealership. According to the company statement, every element of the dealership has been designed to lend a welcoming feel, especially to the autorickshaw drivers.
Narayan during the inauguration said, “The concern for the environment has led people to increase their interest in electric vehicles. Not only this, but the cost of fuel can also decrease substantially as all it needs are few units of electricity. As per reports I was going through recently, the worth of the electric vehicles market would be Rs 475 billion by 2025. This dealership will make EVs more accessible to the people of Bengaluru and tempt them to transition from fossil fuels to Electric.”
The Bengaluru-based company is aggressively expanding its presence across the country. Recently, the company's 3W commercial electric vehicle, neEV, managed to complete a 150+ km drive between the Mysore Palace and Bangalore Palace, in about six hours. Furthermore, the company recently announced a partnership to launch the fastest-charging three wheeler in Bengaluru with over 100 charging stations.
