ZipCharge, which is planning to launch a portable EV charger, has announced a strategic partnership with ICEE Managed Services and Graphite to develop mechanical and electrical systems for GoHub, which it says is the world's first portable wireless charging system for public use.
In order to meet the demand for convenient, flexible, and low-cost energy, the GoHub hosts multiple ZipCharge Go EV powerbanks. The London-based startup plans to deploy 100,000 GoHubs around the world by 2030 as part of the global roll out.
ICEE Managed Services and Graphite are both key strategic partners for the development, production, and market launch of the GoHub charging system. Both the companies have a cumulative experience of eight years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and installing public infrastructure, including Brompton Bike Hire docks throughout the UK.
